1. Seismic protection aspect; How much is the Wind load

抗震设防方面;风荷载的大小;

2. Site, foundation and foundation footing:

1) Building site. Located in a plain or a hillside, etc, whether it is likely to slip;

1) For the building we are going to design, tell us the local analogous building structure and regular practice.

当地与我们将要进行设计的建筑,类似的建筑的结构类型和习惯做法;

2) Whether there are construction water source on site, and whether it is unfavorable to the building materials. ( eg: corrosivity, etc. )

当地有无施工水源,水源对建筑材料有无不利的影响(如腐蚀性等);

1. Local city planning:

市政部分:

1) Water supply: the pipe diameter, location and hydraulic pressure of city planning; whether the water quality of city planning is accord with the drinking water demand; the tubular product and specification of the local city planning service pipe.

给水:市政所能提供给水管径、位置及水压;市政供水水质是否符合饮用水要求;市政给水管管材及规格。

2) Sewerage: whether there is the integrity local city planning drainpipe network near the site, and if so, tell us the pipe diameter, location and height (whether the drainage from the base can drains to the local city planning pipe network); local city planning drainage system (rainwater and sewage combined system or rainwater and sewage separate system, or others); the tubular product and specification of the local city planning drainpipe.

排水:基地周边是否有完善的市政排水管网,其所能提供的排水管管径、位置、高度(基地中排水是否可自流排入市政管网);市政排水体制(是雨污合流,还是雨污分流,还是其他);市政排水管管材及规格。

3) Rainwater: weather data (including altitude, sunlight percentage, temperature, humidity, precipitation, outdoor wind speed, dominant wind direction and frequency, annual dominant wind direction and frequency, maximum frozen earth depth, maximum snow cover depth, etc.) ; the pipe diameter, location and height of local city planning storm sewer network; the tubular product and specification of the local city planning storm sewer.

雨水:气象资料(包括海拔高度、日照百分率、温度、湿度、降水量、室外风速、最多风向及其频率、年最多风向及其频率、最大冻土深度、最大积雪深度等);市政雨水管网管径、位置、高度等;市政雨水管管材及规格。

1) Water supply:

给水:

(a)Water supply mode: Directly supplied by local city planning pipe network, or introduce the pressure water supplied by constructing the district centralized pumping station.

供水方式:是由市政管网直接供水,还是建小区集中泵站加压供水;

(b)Tubular product: What kind of tubular products and the laying ways usually are for the local outdoor water supply pipe network.

管材:当地室外给水管网通常用何种管材,敷设方式;

(c)Direct drinking water: Whether there is the direct drinking water system on the plot.

直饮水:小区是否有直饮水系统。

2) Sewerage:

排水:

(a)Sewerage system: Whether the plot drainage can artesian drain into the city planning pipe network, if not, it is necessary going to build the sewage pumping station; the plot drainage is wastewater combined system or wastewater separate system; the condition for the domestic sewage drain into the city planning network. (Before draining into it, whether it is necessary to pass septic tanks.)

排水体制:小区内排水是否可自流排入市政管网,如不能,则须建污水泵站;小区内排水是污废合流,还是污废分流;生活污水排入市政管网的条件(是否需经过化粪池处理后方能排入);

(b)tubular product: What kind of tubular products and the laying ways usually are for the local outdoor drainpipe network.

管材:当地室外排水管网通常用何种管材,敷设方式;

(c)reclaimed water: Whether there is the reclaimed water system on the plot.

中水:小区内是否有中水系统。

3) Rainwater

雨水

(a)rainwater system: Whether the plot rainwater can artesian drain into the city planning pipe network, if not, it is necessary going to build the rainwater pumping station;

雨水体制:小区内雨水是否可自流排入市政管网,如不能,则须建雨水泵站;

(b)tubular product: What kind of tubular products and the laying ways usually are for the local outdoor storm sewer network.

管材:当地室外雨水管网通常用何种管材,敷设方式。

3、Building

1) Tubular product: What kind of tubular products and the laying ways usually are for the local indoor drainpipe network.

管材:当地室内给排水管分别用何种管材,敷设方式;

2) Hot water: what kind of heat source for the bathroom, laundries, etc.

热水:洗浴中心、洗衣房等处的热源为何;

3) Sanitary ware: whether there is the special requirement for the sanitary ware.

卫生器具:卫生器具有无特殊要求;

4) Code: where code for fire protection and water supply and sewerage would be used, and do you have any special requirements.

规范:消防及给排水采用何处规范,甲方有无特殊要求。

1. weather conditon

气象条件

1) Annual weather condition: for instance the division of seasons, the temperature range of each season, wind speed and wind direction, etc.

全年的气候情况:比如季节的划分、各个季节的温度范围、风速风向等.

2) The temperature parameter and humidity parameter of dry-bulb and wet-bulb, that is used for outdoor air conditioner’s calculation (divided by season, it is different for each season)

室外空调计算干球和湿球温度参数、湿度参数(按季节分,每个季节的不一样)

3) Atmosphere pressure parameter (divided by season, it is different for each season)

2) According to your local custom and your requirement, whether you need the air-conditioning and ventilation system.

3) If you need to, what your requirement for the ventilation and air- conditioning system, and what the requirement for the final effect, etc.

如果采用,对具体的通风空调形式有何要求,对效果有什么要求等;

4) Any special requirements for the air-conditioning and ventilation equipment, wind pipe, water pipe and valve product, etc.. If you’d like to use your

local product, please provide us related data.

对本工程采用的空调通风设备、风管、水管、阀门等产品有什么具体要求?如要求使用当地的产品,请提供相关资料。

5) Whether there is the heating source for domestic water, whether need the boiler room. If you need the boiler room, what the temperature and ration for the domestic water.

生活热水的热水有没有热源,要不要设置锅炉房?如果设置,生活热水的温度、定额是多少?

1) For the local existing building, which building take the air-conditioning and ventilation measure, and what kind of form do they take.
