摘要：In a device for filling portions of liquid or pasty filling material, in particular ofthe foodstuffs industry and the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, into containers(19), comprising a storage container for filling material, a metering device having aplunger and a metering chamber, and an outlet (10) which comprises a shut-off valve (11)in an outlet channel and is intended for dispensing measured amounts of filling materialto a container, for the purpose of achieving a high shut-off reliability the shut-off valve isformed by a valve sleeve (21) which contains a through-hole for the filling material and issupported in a guide bore of the same diameter of a holder fitted in the outlet channel,the guide bore in its end region on the outlet side continuing in a cutting ring (23) whichinteracts with a counter-cutter at the end of the valve sleeve on the outlet side.
