摘要：A differential line driver, comprising: a first and a second pair of MOStransistor devices, each pair comprising: a PMOS transistor device and an NMOStransistor device, a drain terminal of said PMOS transistor device coupled to a drainterminal of said NMOS transistor device, a source terminal of said NMOS transistorcoupled to a reference voltage and a source terminal of said PMOS transistor coupled toa supply voltage; a first output terminal coupled to said source terminals of said firstpair of MOS transistor devices; a second output terminal coupled to said sourceterminals of said second pair of MOS transistor devices; a first impedance coupledacross said first and second output terminals; and means, coupled to a gate terminalof each said MOS transistor of said first and second pair of MOS transistor devices andresponsive to an input differential signal and a transmit signal, for driving an outputdifferential signal from said first and second output terminals in response to said inputdifferential signal if said transmit signal is asserted, otherwise; said driving meansactivating each said MOS transistor device of said first and second MOS transistor pair ifsaid transmit signal is negated.
